Healthy Chicken Salad Recipe
Chicken Salad was always one of my favorite lunches, but then when I found out that most store bought chicken salad is loaded with calories and fat, I decided to lighten up chicken salad.
Ingredients:
- 1 to 2 cups chopped celery (depending on how much you prefer)
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- low calorie mayonnaise or Miracle Whip Light
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and mix enough mayonnaise or Miracle Whip to moisten. Use your favorite whole grain bread to make a chicken salad sandwich.
