The Secret to Weight Loss
Everywhere I go online lately, all I see is “the secret to weight loss is…” and when I dig a little deeper into whatever is being pitched, guess what I find? Do I find a “secret” I haven’t heard about? Nope. It’s the same old/same old.
So is there any big secret to weight loss that you don’t know about? No. It really is simple….calories in versus calories out (except if someone has medical issues). The quality of the calories count too - you can’t eat 1200 calories worth of junk food every day and expect to lose weight. It’s not going to happen.
So what are some “secret” tips: eat healthy and exercise. Yes, it really is that simple.

LOL! How refreshing that someone is not trying to impart secrets! Agree with you there, there are no secret shortcuts of weight loss and good health. Eat healthy and exercise may sound simple but can be pretty difficult as we all know!

hahahahaha…nice!…I liked it, exercise and eat healthy. It’s the only way out and the best way. The important thing is to look into the exercise that suits you best and commit to it.I took up Yoga (http://www.zendle.com), it’s certainly helping me. Mostly because I practice it regularly as instructed and follow a healthy diet plan which is suggested.I think hard work is the only way out.
