The Secret to Weight Loss
Jennifer on March 31st, 2008 | File Under Weight Loss Tips -Everywhere I go online lately, all I see is “the secret to weight loss is…” and when I dig a little deeper into whatever is being pitched, guess what I find? Do I find a “secret” I haven’t heard about? Nope. It’s the same old/same old.
So is there any big secret to weight loss that you don’t know about? No. It really is simple….calories in versus calories out (except if someone has medical issues). The quality of the calories count too - you can’t eat 1200 calories worth of junk food every day and expect to lose weight. It’s not going to happen.
So what are some “secret” tips: eat healthy and exercise. Yes, it really is that simple.
