Activity Curbs Appetite?
I just noticed something today that I wanted to pass along…
In various fitness publications, I have read this before, but I guess it just sort of sank in today. I have noticed that if I stay active during the day, it curbs my appetite. I have been so busy since Friday that I have had to try to “remember” to eat. Isn’t that something? Not only am I burning calories by just being active, I am also taking in less calories, and what does that equal? Weight loss, of course!
Here are some things to keep you busy during the day so that you don’t think about food:
- Stand up while folding clothes
- When you put your clothes away in the closet, walk one piece of clothing to the closet at a time
- Do squats while getting ready for work or for your day
- Pace while you’re on the phone instead of sitting down
