There Really Is Something With Exercising
Who would have thought that exercising and a breakfast drink (and changing nothing else) could lead to weight loss?
No news today…just thought I’d do an update of what I have been doing this week. I guess that could be considered “news.”
I decided since I love Shaklee products and I am now a distributor - http://www.liveallnatural.com — that I would give the Slim Plan Gold a try. I decided on the chocolate mix and I just drink it for breakfast since I normally have a liquid breakfast anyway. So I started it on Monday and decided to do at least 1/2 hour of some type of exercise every single day (except maybe for the weekends). So I decided to do cardio for this week and started my Slim in 6 again. I also gave up Mt. Dew about 4 weeks ago and didn’t drop a pound like I thought I would (I thought it would just “melt” right off…not so for us over 30).
How much have I lost? I am down 4 lbs. so far! Not too shabby. Since I was already having a liquid breakfast and haven’t really changed what I eat and when, I am chalking it up to the Slim in 6 AND the Slim Plan Gold. Oh, and I have also been snacking on the Metabolic Boosting Bites whenever I get a hankering for something chocolate. They are very, very chocolaty and do not leave an after taste in my mouth, which is a +.
